MS3106-14S-9S MIL-C-5015 2 Pin Right Angle Mil-Spec Cable
 

PCM-1005 is a MIL-C-5015 cable assembly for ICP/IEPE accelerometers, two wire sensors and related industrial equipment. It uses a straight MS3106-14S-9S 2 Pin female connector at P1 and a 90° right angle female connector at P2, allowing the cable to exit sideways where straight connector routing is restricted. The assembly uses two 18 AWG conductors with an integrated shield and a 5.2 mm black TPU outer jacket. 

A 5/8-24 UNF threaded coupling interface is used on the connector assembly. The A, B and shield circuits are wired straight through from P1 to P2, with the shield electrically connected at both ends. LDPE inner molding and TPU overmolding provide strain relief at the connector transitions. The configuration is suited to sensor installations where connector orientation and available space around the equipment enclosure are important.

Controlled Electrical Testing

Every cable assembly is tested for open circuits, short circuits and miswiring, with insulation and contact resistance checked to the specified requirements.
