Detail
GMSL2 FAKRA Z Code Female to Female Automotive Coaxial Cable
PCM-ZC-0002 is a FAKRA Z Code female to female automotive coaxial cable assembly designed for signal extension, interface adaptation and test connections. Both ends use original Rosenberger FAKRA Z Code Jack connectors, part number 59Z113-000-Z, creating a dual female configuration rather than a conventional male to female cable.
The assembly uses LEONI Dacar 302-4 50Ω automotive coaxial cable and is suited to specified automotive Ethernet and high frequency vehicle signal applications. With a DC to 6 GHz operating frequency range, the cable can be used in HIL test benches, laboratory test fixtures, production line equipment and vehicle electronics debugging. The female to female configuration allows external FAKRA Z Code male connectors or test cables to be connected at both ends where a direct male to female jumper is not suitable.

Applications :
Vehicle Camera Testing
Used as an interface extension or adaptation cable for camera and sensor signal testing.
Production Test Equipment
Used in end of line inspection, functional testing and aging test fixtures for automotive electronics.
Equipment Interface Adaptation
Bridges two female FAKRA interfaces where an additional male connector is required between equipment ports.
HIL Test Benches
Provides a dual female FAKRA interface for connecting external Z Code male test cables in hardware in the loop systems.
Automotive Ethernet Debugging
Supports laboratory validation, troubleshooting and interface verification for specified MATE-NET/GEM-NET related automotive Ethernet applications.

Key Features :
Original Rosenberger Connectors
The assembly uses two original Rosenberger 59Z113-000-Z FAKRA Z Code female connectors.
50Ω Coaxial Construction
The cable uses LEONI Dacar 302-4 automotive coaxial cable with a nominal characteristic impedance of 50Ω.
Automotive Temperature Range
The specified operating temperature range is -40°C to +105°C for automotive equipment and test environments.
Dual Female FAKRA Configuration
Both cable ends use FAKRA Z Code Jack connectors, providing two female interfaces for test and adaptation applications.
110 N Minimum Cable Retention
The cable assembly provides a minimum cable retention force of 110 N for mechanical robustness during handling and testing.
DC to 6 GHz Frequency Range
The assembly is specified for signal transmission from DC through 6 GHz, supporting a range of automotive high frequency test applications.
