PCM-HD-0241 is an industrial Ethernet extension cable designed for stable signal transmission in Profinet and other 100 Mbps Industrial Ethernet networks.
It uses an M12 D-coded 4-pin male connector on one side and an M12 D-coded 4-pin female connector on the other, enabling secure in-line extension of fieldbus and Ethernet connections in automation systems.
This cable is based on a Cat5e-class Industrial Ethernet design using 22AWG × 4-core stranded conductors.
The cable structure is fully shielded S/FTP, significantly improving resistance against EMI from motors, drives, and high-power switching equipment.
The outer jacket is made from industrial-grade green PUR material, selected for its ability to withstand oil exposure, abrasion, bending stress, and long-term mechanical fatigue.
With a 7.5 mm outer diameter, it maintains flexibility while remaining mechanically robust for industrial routing.
Designed for motion-intensive environments, the cable is validated for Continuous drag chain operation up to 5 million cycles, Torsional movement resistance up to 3 million cycles.
These characteristics make it suitable for robotic motion systems and dynamic cable management applications.
