M12 D-Code Male to Right Angle Female Profinet Extension Cable

PCM-HD-0242 is a high-performance industrial Ethernet cable assembly designed for Profinet and Industrial Ethernet communication applications in harsh automation environments. 

The cable features an M12 D-Code 4-position straight male connector to a right-angle female connector configuration, providing reliable network connectivity for industrial automation systems, PLC communication, industrial robotics, machine vision, and distributed I/O installations.

The cable is constructed using industrial-grade Cat5e 22AWG*4C shielded Ethernet cable with SFTP shielding structure, ensuring stable high-speed data transmission while delivering excellent protection against electromagnetic interference  and radio frequency interference commonly found in industrial environments.

The D-Code M12 interface is specifically designed for Industrial Ethernet communication and supports 100 Mbps Ethernet transmission for real-time industrial network protocols.

PCM-HD-0242 utilizes a high-flex green PUR outer jacket with an outer diameter of 7.5mm, offering superior resistance to oil, abrasion, chemicals, bending, and mechanical stress. Compared with standard PVC cables, the PUR jacket provides significantly longer service life in continuous motion and industrial drag chain applications.

To meet demanding industrial automation requirements, the cable is engineered and tested for dynamic motion performance : Drag Chain Test 5 Million Cycles & Torsion Resistance Test: 3 Million Cycles
