Product Description
Hesai OT128 Lidar Sensor Cable Automotive Grade
PCM-ZC-0200 is an automotive LiDAR sensor cable assembly designed for integration with the Hesai OT128 128 channel mechanical 3D LiDAR sensor. The cable combines automotive Ethernet data transmission and power routing within a compact 1 to 2 breakout structure. A TE MATEnet A Code connector is used at the main input, while two MATEnet Z Code connectors provide separate Ethernet and power interfaces.
The Ethernet differential pair is routed through LEONI Dacar 647 4 automotive Ethernet cable with a nominal 100 Ω differential impedance, while dedicated 20 AWG red and black wires provide the power path. Connector shells are connected to ground for shielding continuity. The assembly is designed for automotive sensing architectures including ADAS, autonomous driving, vehicle perception and LiDAR based sensing systems.

Applications :
Vehicle Perception
Used in sensor architectures where LiDAR data is integrated with other vehicle perception systems.
Automotive LiDAR
Connects an automotive LiDAR sensor with vehicle electronic systems for power and Ethernet data transmission.
Autonomous Driving
Supports Ethernet and power interconnection between LiDAR sensors and vehicle computing or control systems.
ADAS
Provides the cable interface required for integrating LiDAR sensing into advanced driver assistance architectures.
Autonomous Vehicle Platforms
Suitable for LiDAR sensor integration in autonomous vehicle platforms requiring automotive Ethernet connectivity and dedicated power routing.

Key Features :
1 to 2 Breakout
The main MATEnet A Code connection branches into separate Ethernet and power outputs.
100 Ω Ethernet Transmission
The differential Ethernet path uses LEONI Dacar 647 4 cable with a nominal 100 Ω impedance.
OT128 LiDAR Interface
Designed for cable integration with the Hesai OT128 automotive 3D LiDAR sensor architecture.
Combined Power and Ethernet
Carries automotive Ethernet data and dedicated power through a single sensor cable assembly.
Automotive Environmental Performance
Specified for -40°C to +105°C operation with 110 N minimum cable retention and 100% continuity testing.
MATEnet Automotive Connector System
Uses TE MATEnet A Code and Z Code connector interfaces for compact automotive electronic integration.
Separate Signal and Power Routing
The Ethernet differential pair is routed to the dedicated data connector, while 20 AWG red and black wires provide the separate power path.
