5.5x2.1mm DC Jack Panel Mount Extension Cable
PCM-0384 DC5521 Panel Mount Power Extension Cable features a straight-through 5.5×2.1mm DC power interface transitioning from an internal DC plug to an external threaded panel mount DC jack. The connector housing adopts a brass nickel-plated contact structure with molded strain relief boots on both ends to reduce bending stress during installation. The panel-side jack integrates an external thread and is secured with a PVC locking nut for enclosure mounting.
Internal wiring uses a 20AWG 2-core UL2464 cable, supporting stable low-voltage power transmission for 12V/24V systems. Electrical path is limited to center-positive and shell-negative conductors with no signal processing. The assembly is intended for chassis-integrated DC power access in automotive, industrial, and embedded electronic equipment.
